Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, here's how we handle returns:
Returns Window We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
How to Request a Return Email us at ntbhengu09@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
